01 The report you get

A column of numbers. One word: normal.

Each result is checked against a range built to catch illness. Inside it, nobody looks twice.

02 Ferritin, 45

Normal does not mean optimal.

Ferritin passes at 30. For energy, you want it closer to 70 or above.

03 The near misses

Scraping in still counts as normal.

Glucose at the top of its range. Vitamin D clears the line by 4. Nothing flagged.

04 What wasn’t asked

Some answers were never requested.

Insulin, insulin resistance and inflammation often aren’t on a standard request at all.

05 Same blood

Now read it properly.

70+ biomarkers, read against optimal ranges, not just normal ones.

06 Your health

Your whole body, in one view.

Every system scored optimal, normal or suboptimal, plus your biological age.

07 Then, a plan

Know what to do next.

A personalised 90-day plan, then a re-check so you can see what moved.

Same blood. A different answer.

Most people have a result they’ve never been told about.

95%

of Vively members found at least one marker outside the normal range they didn’t know about.

Questions

My GP already checks my bloods. Why would I need this?

A routine GP test typically checks 10 to 15 markers based on symptoms you describe. Your Baseline Health Check looks at 70+, and reads them against optimal ranges as well as the standard ones.

What’s the difference between normal and optimal?

Reference ranges on a standard report are designed to catch disease. Optimal ranges show where a marker sits when your body is running well. A result can be in range and still below optimal: normal does not mean optimal.

Do I need to see a doctor first?

A doctor in our GP network reviews your request and arranges your blood test referral via telehealth, typically the same day. Some markers may be adjusted based on that review.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Membership is monthly with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime.

What happens to my data?

We never sell or share your data. It’s encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can download or delete it on request.
