Yes, when you sign up, you can make a booking for a video or phone call with your coach to start preparing your plan. There is generally availability within the next couple of business days. Afterwards, Vively’s coaching is designed to be convenient and flexible through in-app messaging. This allows your coach to provide thoughtful, tailored responses and check-ins throughout the week.
You can message your coach anytime through the app. Coaches typically respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays. You’ll also receive proactive check-ins from your coach each week to keep you motivated, accountable, and supported.
You can connect a wide range of popular wearables including Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura Ring, and other devices that sync with Apple Health or Google Fit. This allows your coach to provide personalised feedback based on your sleep, activity, heart rate, and more.
Glucose monitoring is not included in the coaching-only plan. If you're interested in adding a glucose monitor in the future, we offer separate plans that include CGM access. For now, our coaching focuses on helping you build sustainable habits using your diet, lifestyle, and wearable data.
