Nothing. Vively is free for practitioners, with no subscription or seat fee. You pay only when your practice chooses to pay for a client’s test.
Request access with your professional details. We verify every practitioner, usually within 2–3 business days, then send your login. New accounts include demo clients with results, so you can explore first.
Yes. Once you’re verified, your account opens with demo clients and their results.
Add your client’s name and email, choose the tests, choose who pays and how results are shared, then send. Your client gets one email with your recommendation, the price and a secure link.
Your client at checkout, or your practice by card when you send. Practice payments come with a receipt in your account.
Reminders go out after 24 hours, 3 days and 7 days. You can resend the email or copy the link.

Full pricing is shared with verified practitioners. The Baseline is $99 with Medicare or $299 private.
A 74-marker blood test covering blood count, kidneys, liver, lipids, glucose and insulin, iron, thyroid, inflammation and vitamin D.
Clients with a Medicare card who haven’t had a Medicare Baseline in the last 3 months. An independent GP decides whether testing is clinically appropriate.
A 5–10 minute telehealth call your client books. The GP decides the pathology request. It costs your client nothing extra.
Choose the $299 private Baseline. If your client has no Medicare card, the referral switches to private and they pay the difference.
Into your client’s record, with lab and optimal ranges, trends and the lab’s PDF. We email you when results are ready, and your dashboard shows each referral’s status.
You choose per referral: share when ready, or review first. Held results release after 14 days.

No. We don’t offer your client our own practitioners and we never market to clients you refer: no Vively marketing emails or texts, and no plans or upgrade prompts in the app. Their tests skip Vively’s AI report and supplement suggestions.
Your client consents to share with you at checkout. They can disconnect from a practitioner in the app.
Yes, add it in Settings. Emails also carry your name and practice name.
