Test

Baseline Health Check

One blood test covering 70+ markers across metabolic, heart, liver, kidney, thyroid, iron, nutrient and inflammation health, plus a biological age score. We compare every result to optimal ranges as well as the lab's reference ranges, because normal does not mean optimal. The pathology is Medicare-funded for eligible members, so you pay for our service, not the lab.

Membership with a retest every 3 months

Members pay $99 a month and retest every 3 months, so you can see whether the changes you make are moving your markers. Each retest sits next to your previous results in the app, marker by marker.

Dietitian support

A Vively dietitian reviews your results and your health assessment, then writes a plan across nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and supplements. You can message your dietitian in the app, and they update your plan each time new results come in.

Tim Veron

Tim was racing Olympic-distance triathlons and training six days a week when his doctor told him he had pre-diabetes. With type 2 diabetes and heart disease in his family, he wore a glucose monitor, found his daily oat milk latte was sending his blood sugar sky high, and reversed his pre-diabetes over six months.

How Vively started

I started Vively out of frustration. I was fit and healthy, or so I thought, when my doctor told me I had pre-diabetes. The health system is built to step in once you're sick, and most of us are left to work out staying well on our own.

I knew there was a better way. Test more of what matters, explain it in plain language, and have real people in your corner to help you act on it.

We launched in 2022 with glucose monitors, then added comprehensive blood testing, dietitian-written plans and a platform for health professionals. The goal is still the same. I want to help a million people stay healthier for longer, and catch the small things before they become big ones.
