Food and allergy panels (IgG, IgA, IgE)

- The sample is collectedNutripath sends the collection kit once the order is placed. Saliva, urine, stool, breath, hair and swab kits are collected at home. For Nutripath blood tests, your client takes the kit (tubes and request form) to a partner pathology collection centre for the blood draw. Your client then posts the sample back to Nutripath in the express packaging provided.

Who pays, the client or the practice?
Either. Your client can pay by card when they open the order, or your practice can pay when you send it.
Where can I see Nutripath prices?
Prices for every Nutripath test are in your Vively practitioner account, and you see them before you send an order. We don’t publish them on this page.
How long do Nutripath results take?
The list above shows Nutripath’s published turnaround for each test, in business days from when the lab receives the sample. Breath tests and many blood tests take 1 to 2 business days; food panels take 12 to 15; some genetic tests take 21 or more. Allow extra time for postage.
Can I see a sample report?
Yes, for most tests. Where Nutripath publishes a sample report, the test in the list above links to it on Nutripath’s website.
Can I combine a Nutripath kit with blood tests?
Yes. Add the kit to the same order as blood tests or the $99 Baseline Health Check, and both sets of results go to the same client record.
Are there Nutripath collection centres?
Most Nutripath tests on this page are kits your client collects at home. For Nutripath blood tests, such as LIPOSCREEN and the coeliac profile, your client takes the Nutripath kit to a partner pathology collection centre for the blood draw, then posts the sample to Nutripath. Nutripath asks for blood collections early in the week (Monday to Wednesday) so samples are not in the post over the weekend. Blood pathology from the Vively range is collected at 3,700+ centres around Australia.
Are Nutripath results charted like blood results?
No. Nutripath reports arrive as a PDF and are filed in the client record and app. Blood results are the ones charted against ranges with history.
