Can Vively be my primary care doctor or GP?

Vively’s world-class health professionals are trained in specialties like family medicine and internal medicine, however we recommend our members maintain a primary care doctor or GP for things like vaccinations and strep or flu testing, which we do not perform here at Vively.

We recommend female patients also maintain an OBGYN for regular pap smears. Your Vively team will remind you of important age-related screenings you should get like colonoscopies or mammograms. We are not available for urgent appointments.

If you have a medical emergency, we recommend that you visit urgent care or an ER. Click here for more information about urgent appointment needs.

How does it work?


Complete a quick assessment about your health goals and conditions, it'll take about 15 minutes. One of our naturopaths will review your responses and develop a phase-1 personalised holistic healthcare plan for you. This should be sent through within 24 - 48 hours. After which, you'll have access to our holistic care team of naturopaths, GPs, nutritionists, psychologists and other health experts to collaborate on your case.

What is the assessment?

Working with our naturopaths, we’ve developed a set of questions to identify your health goals, requirements and challenges, and then seek to understand your body’s systems and response mechanisms. This allows our health practitioners to provide highly relevant and personalised health advice - all without leaving your home.

Does Vively employ the naturopaths?

We don’t. The naturopaths on our platform act independently and are responsible for the advice they provide. They are compensated for each holistic healthcare plan they design.

What happens to my data?

At Vively we take our data security very seriously. All of your data is 256 bit SSL/TLS encrypted. Access to your medical records are encrypted with the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm to protect your data at all times. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.

Only our practitioners and authorised staff will have access to view your medical records. Data can be stored on third party servers, but it’s always encrypted.

Where are the naturopaths based?

Our naturopaths are only based in Australia. We don’t outsource or work with any naturopaths based out of the country.

What is Vively’s refunds policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. This is because our health experts are providing a service and need to be compensated for their time. That being said, you can request a refund at any time and if your naturopath has not reviewed your details yet, we will issue a refund.

What payment methods are accepted?

We support all Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards. Our transactions are powered by Stripe.
