CGM for nutritionists

Show clients what their meals do to their glucose

Refer a 14-day continuous glucose monitor. Vively sends the sensor and supports setup, and you review glucose beside the meals and activity your client logs, so your advice is built on their own data.

  • Free for practitioners
  • Client or practice pays
  • Your client stays yours

Your client stays your client

We run the testing. You lead the care.

Every Vively referral starts with your recommendation and comes back to you. We don’t offer your client our own practitioners, and on the Medicare pathway the GP’s job is the pathology request. Diet and lifestyle advice stays with you.

Your name on every email

Your client’s invitation carries your recommendation, your name, your practice name and your logo.

Your client agrees to share with you

At checkout your client consents to share their results with you. It’s the first thing they agree to.

You decide when results are released

Release as results arrive, or review them first. The results email invites your client to book with you.

We never market to your clients

Clients you refer get no Vively marketing emails or texts, and no Vively plans, dietitian offers or upgrade prompts in the app. Their tests skip Vively’s AI report and supplement suggestions.

Questions, answered

Questions from nutritionists

Can nutritionists refer a CGM?

Yes. Verified nutritionists refer one to four Sibionics GS3 sensors from their Vively account, on their own or in the same referral as pathology. Your client or your practice pays.

Which sensor does Vively use?

The Sibionics GS3, a 14-day sensor, supplied with a protective patch.

How many sensors can I refer?

One to four in a referral, on their own or with pathology.

How quickly does the sensor arrive?

We dispatch it by Australia Post within 1–2 business days of payment.

What do I see?

Glucose against the target range you set, daily profiles with the meals and activity your client logs, and a PDF you can export or file to Cliniko.

What if a sensor fails?

Your client contacts Vively support and we arrange a replacement.

How much does it cost?

CGM prices are shown in your account once you’re verified. Your client sees the price before paying, or your practice can pay.

Is a CGM right for my client?

That’s your clinical call. A CGM shows how your client’s glucose changes across the day and night, alongside the meals and activity they log, to support your nutrition advice. It doesn’t diagnose or treat a condition, and sensor readings can differ from a blood test. Clients who manage diabetes should keep following the advice of their treating doctor.
