The short answer
Here’s who each one suits best.
Why people choose Vively
i-screen gives you a test result. Vively is built around what happens after it: a practitioner, a personal plan, the right next tests, and a re-test to see it working.

Vively’s Baseline Health Check is a blood test covering 70+ markers across heart, metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid, blood and nutrient health. It comes with your first month of membership, and there’s no minimum term.

Every marker is shown against the lab’s reference range and an optimal range, so you can spot what’s worth watching early, as well as anything that’s flagged.

An Australian practitioner talks you through your results 1:1 after every Baseline and builds your personalised plan: diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations around the markers that matter most for you, plus any extra tests worth doing. They check in between tests and adjust your plan as you go.

After 3 months, the markers your plan targets are tested again as part of your membership, subject to doctor review. Your before and after sit side by side in the app.
Beyond your Baseline
Your Baseline is where you start. When your results point to something worth a closer look, your practitioner adds the right next tests to your plan, alongside your diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. You choose from 65 advanced markers, specialist panels, home test kits and a continuous glucose monitor.
Female, male, perimenopause and menopause hormone panels.
Core and advanced nutrient tests for the vitamins and minerals behind energy, immunity and recovery.
A stress and adrenal test that checks your cortisol profile.
The Full Body Health Check: 85+ biomarkers from one blood draw.
An at-home omega-3 index kit that measures the fats in your cell membranes.
A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) that shows how food, sleep, exercise and stress affect your glucose.
Add-on tests are priced individually, and you only do the ones that are useful for you. See every test we offer.
Being fair
i-screen does some things Vively doesn’t. If any of these matter most to you, it’s a good fit.
How Vively works
Sign up for $99. We organise your blood test request, usually the same day, and it lands in the app.
Visit a partner collection centre when it suits you. It’s one blood draw, with no collection fee.
Results arrive in the app within a few days. Your practitioner walks you through them and builds your plan.
70+ markers for $99, a practitioner in your corner and a personal plan to improve them.
For a single test, yes. A full blood count is $39 and vitamin D is $55, with no membership. For a broad check, no. To cover the core markers in Vively’s Baseline on i-screen you’d buy the Essential Health Test, HbA1c, the Insulin Resistance Test, Thyroid Function and Iron Studies, about $376 at i-screen’s listed prices, before any consult. Vively is $99 to start, with a practitioner, a personal plan and a targeted re-test as part of your membership, and no minimum term.
On 14 October 2026, i-screen listed a Full Blood Count at $39, HbA1c at $39, Vitamin D at $55, Iron Studies at $59, Thyroid Function at $69 and the Insulin Resistance Test at $69. Panels included the Essential Health Test ($140, 38 tests), Well Man ($249, 51 tests), Well Woman ($259, 52 tests) and the Platinum Health Test ($759, 155 tests). i-screen runs frequent sales, so check i-screen.com.au for current prices.
i-screen shows your results in an online dashboard and says abnormal results are flagged for review by health professionals. A consult to talk them through costs extra. Vively membership includes a practitioner who talks you through your results 1:1 and builds your plan.
Your practitioner can add tests to your plan when your results point to something worth a closer look. Options include female, male, perimenopause and menopause hormone panels, core and advanced nutrient tests, a stress and adrenal test, the Full Body Health Check (85+ biomarkers), an at-home omega-3 index kit and a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). Add-on tests are priced individually. See every marker in our test library.
i-screen says results are typically available within 48 hours, depending on the test. Vively results usually arrive within a few days. Both depend on the lab and the test.
Standard blood tests in Australia need a doctor’s request, and both services arrange that for you, so you don’t need to book your own GP. i-screen emails you a request form when you order, and its terms say you can’t claim Medicare on its tests. For your Vively Baseline, a GP from our network requests the tests after a short telehealth consult, and Medicare covers those lab tests. Your $99 membership pays for the analysis, your report, the app and your practitioner, and isn’t rebated. Vively add-on tests are private.
Online blood testing doesn’t replace your GP. See your GP or seek urgent care if you have chest pain, shortness of breath, unexplained weight loss, blood in your stool or urine, or new or worsening symptoms. If your Vively results show something that needs medical attention, we’ll tell you and point you to the right care.
