Why people choose Vively

Understand your health. Make a plan that fits your life.

You might want more energy, help with your weight, or a clearer picture of your health as you get older. Vively brings your blood results and your questions together, with a dietitian who takes the time to understand your routine and agree on practical next steps.

The Vively app showing a Baseline Health Check order

10 health areas in one Baseline

Your $99 Baseline gives you a view across 10 key health areas, including heart and metabolic health, liver and kidney function, blood count, thyroid and selected nutrients. The 70+ figure includes calculated measures. A doctor decides which tests are appropriate.

Biomarker results in the Vively app, grouped as normal, optimal and sub-optimal

Understand what your results mean

See your results, lab reference ranges, optimal ranges where available and an estimated biological age in the app. Your dietitian helps you interpret them. These guides are not diagnoses: an optimal-range flag does not itself mean you need treatment, and biological age is an estimate.

A personalised health plan in the Vively app

Talk to someone who understands your routine

Discuss your energy, weight goals, eating habits and what you’ve already tried. Your dietitian helps you decide what to prioritise in a nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation plan that fits your day. Continue your membership for ongoing support through the app.

A marker trend between tests in the Vively app

Follow changes over time

Keep your results and plan together in the app. Eligible members can request further Baseline referrals, subject to doctor review. Compare available results over time and discuss what they mean with your practitioner.

Beyond your Baseline

Explore specific questions when you need to

If you have questions about hormones, nutrients or glucose, discuss them with your practitioner. Specialty hormone panels, other optional tests and CGM are priced separately. A doctor decides whether testing is appropriate.

Questions people ask

What blood tests does iMedical offer?

iMedical sells single blood tests and panels online, from single markers such as a full blood count ($22) and vitamin D ($33), plus a $19 fee if you buy single tests without a panel, to its Check Up panels ($79, $196 and $496 for Check Up ULTRA), as listed on 20 October 2026. You pay per test with no membership, and results usually arrive by email within 24 to 48 hours.

Is iMedical cheaper than Vively?

It depends on what you buy. Single tests at iMedical start at about $20 (plus a $19 fee if you buy single tests without a panel), which is cheaper if you only want one or two markers. Its broadest panel, Check Up ULTRA, is $496. Vively is $99 for the 70+ marker Baseline Health Check and first month of membership, then $99 a month. These are different services, so the starting prices are not a like-for-like comparison.

How much does iMedical cost?

Each test or panel has its own price. On 20 October 2026, Check Up was $79, Check Up Advanced $196 and Check Up ULTRA $496. Single tests included a full blood count for $22 and vitamin D for $33, plus a $19 fee if you buy single tests without a panel. A doctor consult is $49 extra.

Does iMedical explain my results?

iMedical sends your results by email and SMS. If you want a doctor to talk them through, a 15-minute phone consult costs $49. Vively membership includes a one-to-one results consultation with a dietitian, a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan and ongoing in-app practitioner messaging.

How fast are iMedical results?

iMedical says most results arrive within about 24 to 48 hours. Vively results appear in the app within a few days.

What does Vively’s $99 membership include?

Your first $99 includes the Baseline Health Check and first month of Full Membership. Renews automatically at $99/month until cancelled. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Optional tests and CGM cost extra. Testing is subject to doctor review. Baseline covers 10 key health areas, with 70+ markers and calculated measures, optimal ranges where available and estimated biological age. Full Membership includes app access, a dietitian results consultation, a personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation plan and in-app practitioner messaging. View current inclusions.

Can I cancel Vively at any time?

Yes. You can cancel through the app or contact support to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of your paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period; your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply. Read the terms.

When can I request another Baseline test?

Membership includes eligibility to request a further Baseline referral. Your previous test must be completed, at least three calendar months must have passed since your previous referral was arranged, and you must have accrued 90 days of active membership since that referral. Time while cancelled does not count. A doctor decides whether testing is appropriate and which tests to request. There is no guaranteed blood draw on day 90. See section 6.1D of the membership terms.

Can Medicare cover the cost?

Eligible doctor-requested pathology may be covered by Medicare. Vively’s membership fee is separate and is not covered by Medicare. Private add-ons can have separate fees. Check your eligibility and charges before joining. iMedical tests are private and not covered by Medicare.

Does Vively replace my GP?

No. Vively’s dietitians provide nutrition and lifestyle support. Doctors review test requests, but your GP remains responsible for diagnosis, treatment and prescriptions. See your GP about new or persistent symptoms.
