Improve your metabolic health with real-time glucose monitoring, backed by science

When you live in sync with your metabolism, everything starts to click. With Vively, you'll discover the foods and habits that support better energy, weight, sleep, and mood—based on your body’s real-time data.

1

Weight management

As glucose rises, so does insulin(⁷). Chronically elevated insulin can block your body from burning fat efficiently (⁸) (⁹). By keeping your glucose steady, you can support sustainable weight loss and make it easier to maintain it long-term(¹⁰).

2

Re-train your hunger cues

Glucose crashes can feel like urgent hunger—even when you don’t actually need to eat (¹¹). Seeing your own data in real time helps you recognise the difference between true hunger and fleeting cravings (¹²).

3

Sleep more soundly

Glucose stability is linked to better sleep quality (¹³) (¹⁴)—and good sleep helps stabilise glucose in return(¹⁵). It’s a two-way relationship that boosts energy and mental clarity.

4

Boost mood, memory & focus

Glucose management is associated with sharper cognition and better emotional regulation (¹⁶) (¹⁷). In one study, people who ate a high-glycaemic diet were 55% more likely to report poor mood compared to those on a low-glycaemic diet (¹⁸).

I’m loving the vively app wearing the cgm for the second time around really helps me understand how good intentions can slightly slip over time and I’m bringing diet and healthy habits back into my awareness to the forefront. Connecting with Charlotte the dietician is helpful too bringing the healthier habits more into awareness as well as the less healthy.

Using Vively has been such an eye opening experience! It's really helped me understand the impact of different factors (food, sleep, exercise, stress) on my glucose levels. This learning has also been supported by being able to ask questions and get tips and tricks from the Vively dietician. I would definitely recommend Vively for anyone wanting to learn a bit more about their body and health!

I have really enjoyed this experience with Vively. I’ve lost 61.7 kilos and train a lot. Some days I forget to eat, the apps helped to remind me that I need to eat. It was interesting to see how certain foods and stress impact on the human body.

Amazing app that gives you a never-seen-before look into how your body and glucose levels are reacting to the food you eat. I now understand just how imbalanced my levels were, and the app has helped me turn this around. I’m eating less but sustaining more energy.

So far so good. I have been using the sensor to track my blood sugar levels (BSL) after each meal and it is the biofeedback that I have been waiting for. It is a little expensive but in the bigger picture, it is nothing compared to the health benefits. As a health care professional I can now see in real time my BSL spikes after certain foods and it is helping me make better food choices and avoid foods I would have snuck into my cake hole before…… the nutritional advice is sound

Insulin resistance

The Vively app with the CGM has highlighted that I am still insulin resistant and need to focus daily on foods I consume, it also showed I suffered from dawn phenomenon which quarterly bloods would never show

Glucose Control

I like the insights which libre’s native app lacks. And the food comparison that helps in taking informed decision to eat what and what not. The aggregation of information from my Garmin device provides a single window on what other factors affects the spikes in the glucose.

Understanding glucose data is difficult.
Our app makes it easy.

Most CGMs have been designed for diabetes. Vively is built for everyone else that cares about their long term health.

Buying a sensor like FreeStyle Libre or Dexcom shows you your glucose levels — but it doesn’t tell you what they mean or how to improve.

Vively takes your glucose data and turns it into simple, personalised insights. You’ll learn exactly how your food, sleep, stress and movement affect your body — and what to change to feel better, lose weight, balance your glucose, and boost your metabolism.

Wellness score

This is what sets us apart:

Our app has been developed by doctors and scientists to make it easy for non-diabetics to interpret their glucose data, and to get actionable recommendations to improve their health and wellbeing
