Levels is available in the United States only. Levels does not ship sensors or provide laboratory testing to Australia. Vively is an Australian health membership offering blood testing, practitioner support and separately priced CGM options. Vively provides a local pathway; Vively and Levels do not offer identical programs or inclusions.
Levels' official availability page says Levels is available only in the United States. Levels says sensor orders and replacements cannot be shipped internationally, and Levels laboratory draws must happen in the US. These restrictions apply to the current service, not just an older sensor package.
Levels specifically says it does not recommend a workaround for someone living outside the US. Changing an app-store region or using a VPN does not create the required US access. Australian readers should not buy on the assumption that international use will be supported.
Vively is an Australian health membership. Vively includes the Baseline Health Check, a blood test covering 70+ markers, in its $99 a month membership. Vively has no minimum term. The comparison below separates the service from optional hardware and add-on testing.

Levels' current pricing page separates its app membership from optional sensors, laboratory panels and nutritionist sessions. Describing Levels only as a sensor subscription would miss the current offer. Levels' published US plan prices should not be converted into an Australian checkout price.
Vively combines Australian blood testing with included practitioner support. Vively can suit a reader who wants someone to explain results and choose the next steps. Levels may suit an eligible US resident who wants its app experience and optional services. Neither comparison implies that one company measures health more accurately across every task.

In Australia, people without diabetes usually buy a CGM privately, outside the NDSS. Sensors sold here include the FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus, Dexcom ONE+ and Sibionics GS3. Vively’s continuous glucose monitor (CGM) program uses the Sibionics GS3, from $199 for one 14-day sensor.
Vively starts with the Baseline Health Check, a blood test covering 70+ markers. Vively brings results together in an app and explains results against optimal ranges as well as the laboratory reference range. Vively uses that starting point to help you understand which changes and follow-up questions matter to you.
Vively includes a practitioner consult after every Baseline, practitioner check-ins between tests and a personal testing plan. Vively practitioners can recommend diet, lifestyle and supplement changes, together with appropriate advanced add-on tests, home kits or CGM. Add-ons are priced separately; they are not all included in the membership.
Vively includes a targeted re-test after 3 months. Vively selects follow-up markers to suit your results and plan, rather than promising to repeat every marker. The Vively membership process explains what happens before testing and after your results arrive.
Vively blood testing and glucose sensors answer different questions. Vively explains longer-term glucose exposure through HbA1c testing and insulin-related questions through fasting insulin testing. Vively's test directory shows which measurements are included or available separately.
Vively also offers a separate CGM option. A glucose sensor shows glucose patterns; a sensor does not measure every blood marker or replace a clinical assessment. Levels' current pricing page describes sensors and laboratory panels as optional add-ons to the Levels app membership. Levels also documents legacy plans, which can have different inclusions. Check the current Levels plan terms for an eligible US account; do not apply an old package price to the current offer.
Vively membership starts with the Baseline blood test and practitioner support. Vively offers CGM separately, and CGM may form part of a personal testing plan when appropriate. A Vively membership is not an unlimited sensor subscription. Ask Vively about the separate sensor purchase and suitable use before deciding.
Vively costs $99 a month with no minimum term. Vively includes the Baseline Health Check in the membership, followed by practitioner support and a targeted re-test after 3 months. Vively add-on tests and standalone CGM purchases cost extra. Compare the total you plan to use, rather than treating the membership price as a sensor price.
The Baseline lab tests can be Medicare-rebated; your membership pays for the analysis, your report, the app and your practitioner. Vively membership costs $99 a month and is never rebated. A GP from our network signs your request after a short telehealth consult, so you don't need to visit your own GP first.
