Medicare covers the lab tests for eligible clients after a short telehealth consult, where a GP confirms the final tests. Your client pays a $99 Vively fee for arranging the consult and referral, reminders and their results in the app. It gives a full starting picture: blood count, kidneys, liver, lipids, glucose and insulin, iron, thyroid, inflammation and vitamin D.

Your client has their blood taken at one of Vively’s partner collection centres. Every partner pathology provider is NATA-accredited or holds equivalent accreditation. When we send your client the referral, we include clear instructions on where they can have their test.

Medicare limits how often some tests can be repeated, such as HbA1c, vitamin D and fasting insulin, and the GP reviews every request. If a test can’t be claimed again yet, add it privately or choose the $299 private Baseline.
The $99 is Vively’s fee for arranging the GP consult, the pathology referral, reminders and your client’s results in the app. The GP consult has no extra cost to your client.
